FAQs

So, what are we signing up for?

what is the naomi collective?

the naomi collective is a London-based community that helps women build real, lasting friendships through guided connection and shared experiences. we organise circles - small groups of women who meet weekly for five weeks - to grow genuine friendships, not just acquaintances.

who is naomi?

naomi is the grandmother of one of our founders - a woman known for her warmth, curiosity, and ability to bring people together. her spirit inspires everything we do.

who is the naomi collective for?

we are for self-defining women of all ages who are open-minded, kind, and curious about building real community. whether you’re new to London or simply ready for deeper connection, you’re welcome here.

is it really for me, I'm 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65...

yes! the naomi collective is for women of all ages, but you’ll always be thoughtfully matched with others who are in a similar life stage to you.
we know that connection feels most natural when you’re surrounded by women who understand your current rhythm - whether you’re finding your feet in your twenties, balancing career and relationships in your thirties or forties, or rediscovering community and adventure later in life.

what is a naomi circle and how is it formed?

a naomi circle is a small, consistent group of women - usually 6 to 8 - who meet weekly in person over a 5 to 6-week period to build real, lasting friendship.each circle is shaped around guided activities (organised by our team(!) and conversation prompts that help you move beyond small talk and connect in a genuine, grounded way.you’ll complete a short matching survey about your interests, availability, and life stage. we use your answers to thoughtfully form circles of women whose rhythms, stories, and outlooks naturally align.
some circles are hosted by our team, while others are peer-led with gentle remote guidance and support. every circle is designed to feel warm, intentional, and deeply human - a space where friendship can grow at its own pace.

are the circles facilitated?

some circles are hosted by our team, while others are led by a guide from within the cohort (their name will be used for reservations and will be responsible for providing feedback to the naomi collective team). guides receive a small discount as a thank you for taking on this gentle leadership role.
whether hosted or peer-led, every circle follows a shared framework designed to make connection feel natural and safe. each gathering includes simple prompts and activities that help conversations flow and deepen week by week.

what kinds of experiences do you offer?

the first circle will be a shared dinner - a cosy, welcoming evening to get to know one another and set the tone for the weeks ahead.
after that, every week brings a new experience designed to help you bond as a group and explore london in a fresh, joyful way. it might be a salsa class, a concert, or even axe throwing (but we don’t want to ruin the surprise!).
our focus is on shared moments that spark connection - the kind of experiences that feel a little different, a little more intentional, and a lot more fun when you’re doing them together.

what is the cost to join?

our founding rate is £45 per event for the full 5-week circle - this includes the cost of each of the 5 experiences, materials, and guidance.as one of our very first members, you’re helping us shape something new and meaningful, so this price simply covers costs and allows us to build together. future circles will be priced higher once the community grows.if you’re joining as a circle guide, your contribution is £200 a small thank-you for helping hold space and connect your group with the naomi team. you will receive a £25 refund if you are selected to be a guide.we’ve kept pricing as thoughtful and transparent as possible: enough to create beautiful, intentional experiences, but still accessible for those who believe in what we’re building.

I can’t make the launch event - can I still get involved?

absolutely. the launch evening is just the beginning - it’s a chance to experience the vibe and meet some of the women behind the community, but it’s not the only way in.if you can’t attend, you can still sign up through our form and we’ll reach out with updates, next event dates, and details on joining a naomi circle directly.we’ll also send you the short matching survey so we can place you in a circle that fits your rhythm, life stage, and availability.
so even if you can’t be there in person, you won’t miss your chance to be part of the very first season of the naomi collective.

...is this for dating?

the naomi collective is not a dating community - our focus is on creating meaningful friendships, not romantic relationships. but… if you do happen to meet the love of your life along the way, please invite us to the wedding!

do I need to be in London?

for now, the naomi collective is based in London, and our gatherings and circles take place in person across the city. we’re focused on helping women build real, local friendships that extend beyond the event itself.
that said, if you’re outside London but love what we’re creating, you can still sign up for updates - we’ll let you know when new locations open in the future.

what are the dates?

the deadline to complete the matching survey is midnight on Friday, 14 November. matching will take place over the weekend, and groups will be confirmed based on availability indicated in the survey, shortly after.
once you’ve been matched, payment is due within 48 hours to secure your spot.
circles will meet once a week from the week commencing 17 November until the week commencing 15 December.

where do the circles meet?

each week before your scheduled meetup, you’ll receive details about that week’s location. circles gather in different spots around central London, depending on the activity - it could be a cosy dinner one week, a creative workshop, or something more adventurous (yes, even axe throwing!). every location is chosen to spark a connection and make the experience memorable.
